need a job of medical writer

Myself piyali Kularni.I am a Microbiologist by profession,for two years I have worked in reknowned companies but now I want my career to take a turn,reason is similar to yours,as I also want to give time to my families and apart from that recently I met with an accident where i fractured my tailbone and so....I have passed my academics with flying colors,am a gold medalist and a distinction holder.But in Mumbai I am not getting jobs because I dont have any reference and no one is there to recommend me.please kindly can you help me out and give me a job in this field.
