Appreciate the request but I may not be able to help you.
Point 1: Most of my experience in MW came from working with a subcontracting company and then turning the experience into freelancing. I just moved my scientific experience (PhD) to medical scientific and then to medical regulatory. The skill sets are fairly simple and transferable from one field/experience to another. I expect you have found this to be true, as well with your experience.
Point 2: One thing I did learn is to read books by John Maxwell (Talent is not enough, Developing the leader within you, etc). This is the edge that others didn't have with their poor quality thought-patterns.
