I have been a freelance medical writer for 9 years. I have a B.A. in Linguistics (the study of language) but I also have a strong medical background in that I have worked as a sleep disorders technologist for over 20 years. Much of my medical writing has been article writing.
Through Medical Writing Network, I am hoping (1) to network with other writers for ideas and just to know that I'm not the only one and (2) to broaden my medical writing experiences by finding new medical writing opportunities.
I am available to provide content for your website; your online or print newsletters, magazines, journals, newspaper, etc.; your medical communications material (brochures, etc.). I also edit and proofread. If you have any freelance work you would like to outsource, please contact me through this forum or through my website. I will provide more details (resume, etc.) concerning my background upon request.
