Thanks a lot for your informative reply. I have 2 young kids, so I cannot be away from home for a very long time. I don't want my children to have a completely day-care childhood!
I was working full time with GSK, but had to quit due to the same reason, since the office is in Gurgaon. It left me with no option but to find a job somewhere near my home, with the minimum number of opportunities.
I plan to start with my own publication soon and also work as a freelancer at the same time. Your advice will be invaluable for me.

Working as a freelancer, do you get work from outside Delhi as well. Have you worked full time as a Medical Writer in Delhi? I would like to know if such opportunities exist here. Thanks in advance.
