Dear Srikanth,
How have you been? So going further into your suggestion, how is it that I approach for PhD? I have few acquaintances at NIMS, do I directly go and ask them to guide me for a PhD? Can you also tell me the minimum and maximum time it might take to finish PhD? My PG degree is through distance education..so will they consider me for a PhD? So many questions from me, but I know you have the patience to answer them all!
Dear Srikanth,
Thanks a lot for the quick reply and for providing me good info. I am basically a dental graduate with a masters in clinical research. I am very much interested in research work. My ultimate aim is to pursue PhD, especially in Oral Cancer. These are my interests. Hope to hear back about ur interests also very soon.
Rgds,
Dr. Ramya
Hi Dr Shrikanth,
I'm currently working on a Creative magazine concept specially dedicated to serve Doctors & Medical Community.
Here in this mag we are addressing the doctors as a creative being, trying to make them more socially responsible as well as addressing their problems.
We publish stories, poetry, photography, artwork and like these creative thing for doctors, I mean most of the time their own creative work.
They can raise their voice against any issue they are facing and we try to make them realize, how important their work is for humanity through the medium of stories and poems etc.
At the same time they are free to write about their personal experiences, research & latest happenings around Medical World.
It would be great to see your contribution in it in terms of personal experience, any case study, research news, etc
I'd like to add you to my professional network on LinkedIn.

Well that sounds good. There are organisations offering jobs as publication writers and they typical look out for Phd people as they have written thesis and good understanding of research work & publication. As far as courses are concerned there are afew institutes that offer such courses, but hte choice is yours. Are you located in Hyd? You can mail your resume to me ar drsnehalsingh@gmail.com. I will try my best.
Medical writing indeed is a great career choice..and it is an intellectual, serious but enjoyable work for those who love doing it. Let me know about your prior experience in medical writing or any qualifications related to that. We will take it on from there.
Dear Srikanth,
I just saw your profile. I can say your profile is very much suitable for medical writing if you really have interest and passion in this subject. Can you tell me if you have any prior experience and which perticular field you are looking into. As you know medical writing is a vast field covering regulatory writing, publications medicomarketing etc. Basing upon your interest i can give my opinion how to move further.
