first of all make it sure your M.Sc degree is approved by UGC?AICTE or any other govt.institute....if it is no problems...
its always better to go personally and ask for a consent to guide you to complete your PhD......it takes min 3yrs...max 5to6 years....for completion...

thats great to here from u....in fact it always gives me pleasure and energy to talk about Life sciences and research.....oral cancer and stomch cancer are two major incidents in india.....so getting in to oral cancer research is a good idea and complements ur dental graduation degree....i'll suggests u to get into NIMS...AIIMS...any other hospital based universities to carry translation research for ur PhD....that satisfies both ur ambitions...like getting a PhD and a good rewarding career in clinical resarch...

Thank you very much for your interest in my PhD work.....let me tell u briefly about that.....Its in the field of Cancer epigenetics....we have some Histone deacetylase inhibitor molecules both from synthetic and natural sources which help in activating the silenced genes by regulating transcription in cancer cells that leads to cancer cell death through apoptosis....i've evaluated the complete cycle through which it occurs .....i hope i gave enough insight in to my Phd work....dont hesitate to discuss further....i consider myself blessed if you share your interests on this work
