Contract Medical Writer Needed for Urgent Clinical Study Report Project

A leading biotech company has an immediate need for an experienced Clinical Writer to work on site for 3 months. Will be writing the final Study Report.

Location: Santa Clara, CA; MUST work on site for duration of the 3-month contract; currently live in the Santa Clara commutable area (no relocation or travel expenses)

Length of Position: 3 months for 40 hours/week, or as close as possible

Requirements:

Senior Medical Writer - Germany

My client is searching for a native English speaker with scientific or medical training;. a Ph.D. / M.D. degree is preferred, but not required with a track record of success in the medical writing field within a pharmaceutical / biotechnology company or Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).

The successful individual should be:
• Highly self-motivated and capable of motivating others.
• Hold a credible list of publications.
• Ideally with experience working in other fields, e.g. GMP technical writing.
• Experience writing clinical study protocols / reports and/or experience with animal / toxicity studies is advantageous.
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial, smaller company environment with a lower level of infrastructure and support is advantageous.

HI All,

Could someone please let me know if there are any vacancies for medical writers?

I am working for a BPO as a Assistant Manager - Medical Writing for last 10 months. I develop promotional material which includes disease/products monographs, posters, power pont presentations on various studies, etc.,

Prior to this assignment, I worked as a Medical monitor with one of the CRO at hyderabad. I also had worked on couple of Medical Writing projects.

At present, I am looking for a change of job and could any one help me in this regard?
