need a job of medical writer

I am Microbiologist by profession but want to turn my career into medical writing,based in Thane,Mumbai.Please if anybody has any reference then kindly help me out

in the year 2006, after post graduation I joined a biotech Institute and worked there as a Research Guide and then I was promoted as Project leader of FAME based identification of Microorganism,then I worked in cipla,Mumbai as Microbiologist till the year 2008 but after that I met with an accident and fractured my tail bone so lots of exertion actually cause pain so want my career to take a turn into medical writer ,Sir I am a Gold medalist but being so educated I am not getting job and seriously dont know the reason.Kindly help me out if you have any sources

have you tried in TCS in think they need medical writers

can you suggest me how to apply,because whereever i have applied they said that eithr i am over qualified or they cant pay me good salary.and there is no way to apply in big companies,actually the security guards of the companies collect the resume .and i dont think so they pass on to the hr also.what i experienced is you can get good job if you have reference,otherwise no one is going to care for you though you are educated.actually education doesnt have value.
