I have a Bachelors degree in English, a Masters in Social Work, have taken two statistics courses in an abandoned attempt at a Ph.d, and spent about 15 years working as a therapist. My experience in the medical field has largely been with pscyhiatrists, psychotropic drugs, addiction medicine, and with the typical team of doctors, nurses, PA's and 'the rest' who treat chemically dependent and mentally ills patients.
So, I have this interview next week and I am trying to sound smart. Am I in over my head? I try to believe that there is nothing I can't learn after my foot is in the door. My writing skills are fine, I like to think, and I have been published, but I think my only shot is to be in writing medical marketing documents.
Any hints on how to present and what to expect in the interview would be wonderful. I have read other discussions and they have been real helpful. Thanks!
