in this mordern medical era we are eqqiuped with highly advanced medical instruments.day by day invent new wepons to fight deseases.medically we are highly secure,but along with this some questions are striking in my mind that if we are medically secure then why most people in this world are restless,sleepless and freedomless.is not this link with medical advanceness?

I think you mean to ask "Why does all the "medical" suffering exist despite how far we advanced technologically???
you ask a valid question my friend, and it is one that bothers me to. Look at how chaotic things get when we are faced with possible pandemics and the like....
But it is a Pandora's Box question,,,a can of worms,,,,hopefully with every study report you write you will cure an illness or at least contribute to that effort.
